Vision ADU didn't start as a company — it started as a calling. Jaime Costilla previously oversaw a program through which more than 26,000 homes were insulated; those homes were not built by Vision ADU. When the ADU movement began transforming California's housing landscape, we saw an opportunity to help homeowners unlock the potential in their own properties.
Our Beginning
What began as a small family construction operation has grown into an ADU builder serving Southern California. The Vision ADU team has completed over 75 ADUs across its service area and helped hundreds of homeowners.
