Vision ADU was founded on a simple mission: help Southern California families solve the housing crisis one backyard at a time. We design, permit, and build accessory dwelling units across Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
California is short over two million homes. Rent has outpaced wages for two decades. Families are being separated by cost, not choice. Vision ADU exists because we refuse to accept that. Every accessory dwelling unit we build is a small, real, lasting answer to one of the biggest problems our state faces.
Barak grew up in construction. His father, an engineer, built custom homes in Beverly Hills and across Los Angeles, and Barak spent his earliest years on job sites learning what a well-built home looks like from the foundation up. After graduating from UC San Diego with a BA in Economics, Barak entered the construction field full-time in 2014. He has completed 500+ construction projects spanning kitchens, full-gut renovations, and additions; this is not a count of homes built by Vision ADU. As VP of Construction, he oversees Vision ADU projects from initial site walk to final walkthrough.
Jaime leads the Vision ADU sales and marketing team. He previously oversaw a program through which over 26,000 homes were insulated; these were not homes built by Vision ADU. He helps California families understand floor plans, financing strategies, and timelines.
Iris leads finance and operations at Vision ADU, making sure every dollar is accounted for and every project is set up to deliver on the promises we make to our clients. She manages budgeting, contracts, vendor relationships, and the financial planning that keeps the company healthy. Iris is also deeply involved in helping families understand the financial side of building an ADU, including financing options and rental income strategies.
