Building Dreams, One ADU at a Time
Vision ADU didn't start as a company — it started as a calling. Jaime Costilla oversaw a program that insulated over 26,000 homes. When the ADU movement began transforming California's housing landscape, we saw an opportunity to help homeowners unlock the potential in their own properties.
Our Beginning
What began as a small family construction operation has grown into an ADU builder serving Southern California. Vision ADU has helped hundreds of homeowners and completed over 75 ADUs of all types across Southern California.
What Makes Us Different
We're a One-Stop Shop
Many ADU projects involve juggling multiple contractors — an architect here, an engineer there, separate plumbers, electricians, and builders. At Vision ADU, we handle everything under one roof: design, engineering, permitting, construction, and final inspection. One team, one point of contact, one vision.
We Build Relationships, Not Just Buildings
Our clients consistently mention our communication and professionalism. As Buck C. from Granada Hills said: "I like to judge a boss by how he treats his crew, and his crews really, really like him." That culture of respect extends to every homeowner we work with.
We Give Back
For every ADU we build, Vision ADU donates to Charity: Water. Building homes is our business, but providing clean water to communities in need is our purpose beyond profit.
