About This Project
This Baldwin Hills project on Condon Ave was a complete property transformation: a 1,200 sq ft full gut remodel of the main house plus a 600 sq ft ADU conversion, delivered as one project.
The main house — two bedrooms and one bathroom — was rebuilt from the shell in: new roof, complete rewire, complete repipe, new drywall, engineered flooring, and interior and exterior paint. Outside, the property gained a new pool, solar, and paver hardscape.
The 600 sq ft ADU conversion added a fully self-contained one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, turning a single home into an income-generating property.
