Genesee Ave Remodel & Garage Gym
About This Project
This Genesee Ave project in Los Angeles combined three high-impact upgrades in one build: a custom entertainment wall, a full bathroom remodel, and a garage conversion — this time into a dedicated home gym.
The custom entertainment wall anchors the living space with built-in media housing and clean architectural lines.
The bathroom was fully remodeled with new tile, vanity, and fixtures, and the garage was transformed into a finished home gym — conditioned, finished space that gets daily use.
Watch the video walkthrough to see the finished project. Not every garage needs to become an ADU; this project shows how the same conversion expertise can create whatever space a homeowner actually needs.
