About This Project
This Pacific Palisades project was a full gut renovation of an 1,800 sq ft home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, rebuilt from the studs with a new metal roof. Every interior surface and system was renewed.
The bathrooms are a highlight of the finished home. Both feature marble-topped double vanities with framed mirrors and brass-accented lighting, and the walk-in showers are fully tiled — one in a soft fish-scale pattern, the other in rich green tile behind a frameless glass enclosure.
The bedrooms were rebuilt with new flooring, closets with sliding and mirrored doors, and modern globe light fixtures. New wood-look flooring and fresh paint run throughout the home, giving every room a clean, cohesive finish.
