S 8th Ave New Construction ADU

About This Project

This comprehensive home remodel on S 8th Ave in Arcadia demonstrates Vision ADU's expertise beyond ADU construction. At 714 sq ft, this whole-home renovation included a full kitchen remodel, two updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, and refreshed living spaces.

The kitchen renovation features modern cabinetry with premium hardware, durable countertops, and updated appliances. The designer touches elevate the space from functional to beautiful, with careful attention to storage and workflow.

Both bathrooms received complete makeovers with designer tile, modern vanities, and contemporary fixtures. The master bathroom creates a spa-like atmosphere with quality materials and thoughtful design.

New flooring throughout unifies the home's aesthetic, while fresh paint and updated lighting fixtures bring every room into the modern era. This project showcases Vision ADU's ability to handle large-scale renovations with the same attention to detail and quality craftsmanship that defines our ADU work.

Arcadia homeowners looking to renovate can trust Vision ADU to deliver results that exceed expectations while staying on budget and on schedule.
