This Los Angeles project on Cabot combined a full home remodel with a substantial addition: two new bedrooms and a new bathroom added to a roughly 1,400 sq ft home.
The scope went deep into the structure — reframing, a new roof, and all-new insulation — so the home performs like new construction, not just a cosmetic refresh.
A new kitchen anchors the remodeled interior, and fresh paint throughout ties the original and added spaces together.
Adding bedrooms is one of the highest-value moves a homeowner can make in Los Angeles, and this project delivered the extra space along with a fully modernized home.
