About This Project

This Mines Blvd project in Whittier is a complete home transformation — the entire 1,100 sq ft house was remodeled inside and out. The scope included a full electrical rewire, a new roof, new flooring throughout, fresh exterior paint, an all-new kitchen, a new bathroom, and new lighting in every room.

The new kitchen is the showpiece, with deep green shaker cabinetry, a large island with a butcher-block top and seating, white subway tile, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. Brass pendant lighting and open shelving complete the look.

The living room centers on a stone-faced fireplace, with new wood-look flooring flowing through the open living spaces and all three bedrooms. Ceiling fans and recessed lighting were added throughout. The remodeled bathroom features a furniture-style vanity, patterned wallpaper, and wainscoting for a finished, designer feel.

Outside, the home received fresh paint, a new roof, and refreshed landscaping with artificial turf and a paved patio. This project shows the full range of Vision ADU's remodeling work — from behind-the-walls systems like wiring to the finishes homeowners see every day.
