After 24 years, a Covina home finally opened up
The Covina homeowners had lived with their house for 24 years before making the changes they had pictured for so long. They wanted an open floor plan and a better way to use the backyard area, starting with the kitchen and the entry.
A remodel that changed how the home connects
Opening the entry created the open concept they wanted, while the larger scope added a laundry room, two bathrooms, and a dining area that had not existed before. The homeowners point to the front room, kitchen, and wet bar as favorite parts of the finished home.
One homeowner calls the result life-changing and says the new dining area was the biggest challenge. Together, they say they felt they had hired the right people and would absolutely recommend Vision ADU.
The completed Covina project is also documented in the Vision ADU portfolio.
