Barak Golan — Founder & CEO

Barak founded the company in 2018 with a simple thesis: Southern California homeowners renovating, expanding, or rebuilding their forever home deserved a general contractor who treated them like partners — not transactions. Under his leadership Vision Homes has grown into a residential design-build team in SoCal. Barak has completed 500+ construction projects spanning kitchens, full-gut renovations, and additions. Our multilingual team serves homeowners in the region.

Jaime Costilla — Co-founder

Jaime brings construction leadership and operations expertise to Vision ADU. Barak and Jaime have 30+ years of combined experience. He runs production across every active job site in Los Angeles and Orange County, and is the company's bridge to the Latino homeowner community that makes up a growing share of California's stay-and-renovate market. Jaime is fluent in English and Spanish and is available for bilingual interviews.
